With over 25 years of experience in the skin, beauty, wellness, and advanced medical aesthetics industry, Katy Marsi has dedicated her career to helping people achieve healthy skin, lasting confidence, and improved wellbeing through a personalised, evidence-informed approach.
Her journey began at the Gold Coast Training Academy, where she trained in Beauty Therapy and Makeup Artistry before expanding her expertise into advanced dermal science, clinical skin treatments, laser technologies, nutrition, wellness, and business development.
Early in her career, Katy founded Turquoise Beauty Boutique, where her passion for personalised client care and transformative skin treatments began to flourish. After relocating to Sydney, she continued to build her expertise within leading skin and medical aesthetic clinics, working alongside doctors and healthcare professionals while gaining extensive experience in skin revision, acne, pigmentation, ageing, laser technologies, clinic leadership, and business operations.
Throughout her career, one thing became increasingly clear—healthy skin is influenced by much more than what is happening on the surface.
This understanding inspired Katy to further her education in Health Science and Clinical Nutrition, allowing her to better understand the relationship between gut health, hormones, inflammation, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and skin function. Today, her philosophy centres on treating the whole person, recognising that true skin health begins from within.
At Arcello, every treatment plan is thoughtfully personalised, combining advanced clinical skin treatments with nutritional guidance, wellness support, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies where appropriate. The goal is not simply healthier-looking skin, but healthier people who feel confident, empowered, and supported throughout their journey.
Alongside her clinical work, Katy is passionate about mentoring clinic owners, therapists, and industry professionals. She enjoys sharing knowledge through education, leadership, business coaching, marketing strategy, and operational development, helping businesses grow while creating exceptional client experiences.

The name itself is inspired by Italian elegance, Greek strength and beauty, and Egyptian symbolism of transformation, healing, and timelessness. More than a name, Arcello represents elevated living—a philosophy that combines advanced skin science with wellness, education, longevity, confidence, and genuine care.
