With over 25 years of experience in the skin, beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics industry, Katy Marsi is known for her results-driven yet holistic approach to skin health and wellbeing.

Beginning her journey at the Gold Coast Training Academy, Katy first trained in Beauty Therapy and Makeup Artistry before expanding her expertise into advanced dermal therapies, clinical skin treatments, nutrition, wellness, and business development.

Early in her career, Katy opened Turquoise Beauty Boutique, where her passion for personalised client care and transformative skin treatments began to flourish. After relocating to Sydney, she further developed her career within advanced skin and medical aesthetic clinics, working alongside doctors and industry professionals while building extensive experience in skin revision, acne, pigmentation, laser technologies, age management, and clinic operations.

Driven by a deep passion for the connection between the skin, gut, brain, hormones, nutrition, and overall health, Katy later pursued studies in Health Science and Clinical Nutrition. Her philosophy is centred around treating the body as a whole — combining clinical skin treatments with nutrition, supplementation, fitness, lifestyle, and wellness support to create long-term skin and health outcomes.

Katy’s approach blends advanced dermal science with holistic wellness principles, creating a modern philosophy that focuses not only on how skin looks, but how clients feel from the inside out.

The name Arcello is a unique creation inspired by Italian elegance, Greek strength and beauty, and Egyptian symbolism of transformation, healing, and timelessness. It was designed to represent elevated living. It reflects the connection between advanced skin science, wellness, confidence, and longevity.

At its core, Arcello stands for honest skin health, inner wellness, education, and helping people feel confident from the inside out.
